About Monique Barrett

Monique is proud to call Cayman her home.  As a Caymanian, her favorite thing about growing up here is the close sense of community and belonging. She firmly believes in CaymanKind and strives to walk the walk in her everyday life. Raised in a real estate family with developer parents, she has created an extensive knowledge of the building process.  Growing up surrounded by the sun, sea and sand, Monique loves to share her local island knowledge and passion with her clients to help guide them on their real estate journey.
