Working alongside her father, Paul Young (Owner/Broker), and her mother, Sky Young, who runs the operations, Kate brings a powerful blend of local expertise and a lifelong family legacy to Corcoran Cayman Islands. Inheriting her father’s entrepreneurial spirit, Kate graduated with honors on the Deans List from the University of Guelph with a degree in Business and Arts. Her drive surfaced early. While still at university, she channeled her creativity into launching her own baking business—an endeavor she still proudly maintains as a passionate hobby today. For Kate, food is her ultimate love language, and nothing brings her more joy than crafting delicious treats for the people she loves. When she isn’t guiding clients through the Cayman market, you’ll likely find Kate staying active at the gym for her daily workout, walking the beach or soaking up the island lifestyle.
