About Dave Lawson

Dave Lawson considers himself very fortunate to be able to call the Cayman Islands his home since 2005. Born in Zambia to English and Irish parents then raised in Canada, Dave knew from an early age that there are many places in the world where you can choose to live and set down roots. After graduating with a BSc in Biology from McMaster University, Dave decided to explore some warmer climates before finding, and falling in love with, the Cayman Islands.

After running a top-rated water sports and tour company for over a decade, Dave decided to put his knowledge of the local Real Estate market towards a new career. Having bought, renovated, and sold properties as well as designed his own home, Dave has a solid understanding of the local market and the in and outs of mortgages, building permits etc.

When not working, you’ll find Dave spending time with his family, getting out on the water, or tending to his tropical garden.
